Surveyors is Lithgow's finest restaurant, open 6 nights Mon-Sat from 6.00 until late for dinner. Breakfast is available from 6.30 to 8.30 am Mon - Fri and 8.00 to 9.30 Sat/Sun. The Restaurant features a huge open fireplace set in elegant contemporary tones opening out onto lawns & adjacent landscaped gardens with stunning views to the surrounding hills. 

The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, we are family friendly with a childrens menu.

We cater modern cuisine for small to large functions from 2 to 80 persons.


We use local produce and our Menu changes with the seasons. We have an extensive local wine list.
